Snuggled within a grove of coconut trees you will have your first glimpse of the enchanting oceanfront villa as you enter the gated compound. The owner has not overlooked a thing for your leisure and comfort including daily maid service and nightly turn down service with mints on the pillows provided by the on-site staff. The villa is accented with beautiful, authentic hand-painted carved furniture/murals with all the modern conveniences of telephone, satellite TV, DVD, high speed wireless Broadband Internet. The villa is located on a quiet, secluded beach with a a short drive to golf courses, shopping and dining. Our on-site concierge can arrange Chef Service/Spa Services in the villa, poolside or on the beach along with all other activities if you wish. We also have our 'Secreto Beach Club' next door to the villa. The Beach Club has hanging beds, shade Palapas, lounge chairs, volleyball. horse shoes, monster golf, kayaks, Parasailing/waverunner rental with pick up on beach.

Casa del Secreto is located in the heart of a magnificent geographical area known as the Rivera Maya. All within the entrance to Casa del Secreto to a maximum 45 minute drive, you will find the most beautiful beaches and turquoise waters in the world with all the activities to go with them, Mayan ruins, current day Mayan villages, cenotes, jungle tours, ecoparks, ecotours to the biosphere, water parks, zoos, local & luxury shopping, dining and nightlife. For those that like to explore and be active but also like to sit back and relax, we recommend a 2 week reservation for there are so many interesting things to see and do in this area. One week is just simply not enough to do both without being torn between the two. Many guests find it simply hard to leave Casa del Secreto and her beach with a one week stay.

  • Please contact via email for availability. We offer up to 40% discounts for last minute reservations (within 2 weeks of desired arrival date) should the villa be open. Casa del Secreto consists of 2 villas. The lower villa is the private residence of the owner. There is an interior stair case that can be unlocked from the lower villa and the upper villa to combine the 2 villas into one villa. Typically, Casa del Secreto is rented as a 3BR/3B only (2nd level villa only). However, when the Cooper family is not in residence the entire 1st and 2nd level villas are combined and rented out as one villa with either 5Bed/Bath or 6Bed/Bath, 2 complete kitchens, 2 dens and 2 living rooms. When the Cooper family is in residence in the lower villa, the guests in the 2nd level villa are given all the privacy they desire, including exclusive use of the pool. She and her staff are also available to give her first hand knowledge of the area.
  • Holiday Rates:
    Presidents Week 2008: $3900. (3BR/3B)
    Good Friday & Easter Week 2008: $4600. (3BR/3B)

    Christmas/New Year's Week 2008: only available as a 6BR/6B: $14000.
    Additional Guest Rate for all Seasons and Holiday Rates:
    Additional Guests above the standard number are $250. per guest/per week. Max of 2 additional guests.
    10% discount on all rates if reservation is booked minimum 6 months in advance except for Holiday Weeks
    Security Deposits:
    A $500. Security Deposit is required in Cash upon check-in. Security Deposits will be returned the day of departure if there is no apparent damages to villa, car or other property.

The pool area includes the pool, bath house, pool bar with stereo and poolside speakers, BBQ grill. Many guests enjoy dining on the terrace with the ocean view but also under the palapa in the garden with tiki torches and music. Casa del Secreto also has a magical, elevated 2 room children's palapa playhouse in the garden area that provides hours of entertainments for children. Complete with swings, fireman's pole, swinging bridge, rope ladder and etc. Our Chef can offer his service during your stay. We offer discounted Meal Plans for the week of for 4 days. Guests may also order a la carte from the menu. If you are a chef at heart and like to prepare all of your own meals on vacation, Casa del Secreto's kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your culinary skills.
