Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone. We provide all linens, pillows, blankets & towels. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you'll need to serve meals during your stay - you just supply the food. With a wood-burning fireplace (with free firewood), cathedral ceilings, and natural wood accents, the living room is so cozy that you'll feel instantly at ease. The decor in the home is warm and inviting - we want your family to feel relaxed and at home during your stay, and we hope you'll enjoy your experience enough to come back!

Decorated in calming sage & beige tones, and equipped with an amazingly comfortable king-size bed, the spacious master bedroom provides an inviting retreat from your busy day. The room has a walk-in closet & direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom also is beautifully decorated, and has a view of the slopes at Camelback, and a very inviting queen-size bed. On the 1st floor is the bedroom designated 'The Kids' Room' - with 2 sets of bunk beds, it sleeps 4 kids and gives children a place to play or sleep while parents relax in the living area. The living room has a convertible couch, which sleeps 2. We provide all pillows, blankets, and sheets that your family will require during your stay. Please note that the bunk beds sleep children only. They are not intended for use by adults.

Maximum occupancy The home accommodates a maximum of ten guests in total, with a maximum of six of those guests being adults. These limits are in place because the sleeping accommodations for four guests are bunk beds, which are not intended for use by adults. We are not liable for injuries resulting from adults attempting to occupy bunk beds. If more than six adults are found to occupy the unit, additional charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
