Victor house Rental Property Information

Whether you are large ski group or a family gathering, this custom-built passive-solar masonry house will embrace you in comfort and convenience. Its setting combines romantic seclusion with incredible views. A few minutes to the local hamlet of Victor, Idaho, it is a half-hour from the town of Jackson, and about the same distance from the two main ski areas (Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee). Furnished in a warm, modern style, it has all amenities--central floor heating, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue, two ample dining areas, fireplace and two wood stoves, sturdy lodgepole pine bedding, HD TV and broadband, jacuzzi, sauna, and a small gym. The house is wrapped by a 3,000 sq ft slate deck, and is a few hundred feet to the nearby national forest.

The house overlooks south Teton Valley, near Teton Pass to Jackson. There are restaurants and shopping two miles away in Victor, and eight miles further in Driggs. The house is 7 miles from the Wyoming line, 12 miles from Wilson, WY, and 24 miles from Jackson, WY. Idaho Falls, with US Rt. 15 and Idaho Falls airport 62 miles distant. Access to the Jedediah Wilderness, through horseback, hiking, cross-country skiing, is a few hundred feet above the property. The valley enjoys many canyons going up into the Teton range, and there is a 2.5 acre lake with a pier, for swimming and fishing in the summer. The seclusion and privacy of the house, surrounded by 12 undeveloped acres, combines with ease of access.
