The Maples In a quiet residential area steps to everything; you can hear the Falls and catch twice weekly fireworks from the front of your property! Take coffee at sunrise on the front porch; afternoon rays & al fresco dining under shade umbrellas on the oversized rear deck; rest under the trees in the large hammock while birds serenade. Spend some time doing alot of nothing! This charming turn-of-the-century home isn't living in the past. It's been renovated with new baths, living and kitchen, flat screen TVs, contemporary design. It's retained much of it's old world class with oak flooring, original trim and tall, sunny windows that overlook a very large eco yard of pear trees and wildlife. A bigger home you may find; a better equipped one in this price range, we think not. Great attention to detail has been made and we'd rather you enjoy the real estate in a king sized bed than on the floor around it. Don't feel the need to compromise - feel at home at The Maples!
