Kailua Kona estate Rental Property Information

This three story luxury home is 3 years old, 5,000 square feet in a small gated community with a security guard. The home is located on a rare safe beach in Kailua-Kona within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and all activities. There is a private guest suite on the bottom floor next to the pool with its own private entrance and half kitchen. The master bedroom has a private lanai on the third floor and a huge bathroom with a open walk in shower. All bedrooms have their own TV and the house has speakers with a central music system and Wi-fi. The home is perfect for family reunions and small weddings.

Kona is the sunny side of the Big Island and is a small community of about 50,000 people and a local beachfront town of fun dining and has not changed in size in the last 30 years. Most of the activities such as big game fishing, diving, snorkeling, and parasailing a located in Kailua-Kona while the resorts are isolated on the north Kohala coast. Kailua-kona is where the locals live and the house is only a 1/2 mile walk to town.
