Located in Paraiso (Paradise) Guanacaste, by Playa Negra and Playa Junquillal, you are in the jungle and yet only two miles from the Pacific. Broad, sandy beaches at Junquillal are perfect for family outings and horseback riding, while surfers drool over Playa Negra's famous surf breaks. The town of Tamarindo is only 10 miles to the north, and nearby is Hacienda Pinilla and its golf course and restaurants. The small village of Paraiso offers restaurants, and the hills and jungle offer amazing nature views and hikes. The surrounding Pura Jungla eco-community disappears into the jungle, giving you the feeling of being alone above the canopy with amazing views of everything. The wildlife includes howler monkeys, exotic birds, iguanas, and many other flora and fauna species. It's like visiting a jungle zoo without leaving your living room - which is open to the sights and sounds of the jungle and the Pacific Ocean.

Why Casa Margarita? You may have dreamed about visiting Costa Rica, or heard from your friends about the diversity in this beautiful Central American paradise. The volcanoes, the vistas, the cloud forest, it's all here. We are an absolutely unique property combining surf house, jungle viewing platform, and luxury villa in a single property. The two residences are separated by a 60 foot ( 20 meter ) ramp that soars over the jungle floor. The living and dining areas are open to the Pacific and Jungle views, as if you were up in the trees with the howler monkeys and exotic birds that are in residence. Part tree house, part fantastic home. These open rooms have guard railings for complete safety. The owners have a 3 year old daughter and had Casa Margarita designed so she could enjoy the vistas in safety. While in the casa, you can look around 360 degrees and see nothing but jungle and ocean. True tranquility awaits, as do some of the most spectacular sunsets you'll ever experience
