This cottage is located in the middle of the Estate and steps away from our white sandy beach and those beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets !! There is a tiki hut on the beach. And a dock to fish from or go snorkeling right from the property in search of lobsters, parrotfish, manatees . The Cottage boasts a concrete elevated patio with charcoal BBQ for cooking up your fresh catch of lobster or fish. Inside the cottage there is a King size bed/ studio with cable TV in both bedrooms, in the kitchen there is a oven, microwave, fridge, all cooking utensils, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, tea kettle, pots and pans. The Island Breeze Cottage has two window a/c units. The Cottage has a washer and dryer which are located right behind the cottage.
