Steamboat Springs townhome Rental Property Information

This beautiful, spacious townhouse (end unit) will sleep 10 w/o using the living room, will seat 10 people in the kitchen, and is only 700 yds from the ski area. The shuttle stop is right outside. A truly awesome benefit is the ski locker we have at the Gondola. Being an end unit with only one common wall makes it much quieter than most condos. The three bedrooms are each on a different level and each has its own bath; one is king-sized, two queen-sized, a loft with two twin beds, and a den with a queen sofabed. The three bathrooms have recently been upgraded, (vanities, sinks, counters, toilets). The large living room (20x15) is furnished with a 25 in. TV, VCR, CD player, gas fireplace and broadband internet access. The professionally serviced hot tub is located on our deck right off the living room. The den is another private area with TV, gameports, DVD player, etc. A great place to send the kids.

Is a car needed? There is a wonderful shuttle service that takes you to/from the Gondola as well as downtown, etc. The last shuttle stop before the gondola is directly out the front door. While you can certainly get by without a car, if buses are not your 'thing', I'd recommend one.

How does one reserve and pay? Once we agree on the dates and all your questions are answered, we require two nights deposit to reserve the dates. 45 days before your arrival, the balance will be due. Once the balance is received, we will send you a key to the unit. Inside will be additional keys and tons of information.

What is the cancellation policy? Call or email us and we'll send you our 'contract'.

Skiing Information: Steamboat is a wonderful mountain that can accommodate every level of skier in your group. Then, there is that Champagne Powder. I used to think that was just marketing hype... but the snow here is so light and feathery, it's true!!! The shuttle bus stop is literally out the front door. One stop later takes you to the Gondola. If you chose to drive, it might take you longer to hit the slopes!!! We've rented a ski locker near the Gondola which is available to our guests for no cost. This is another great little extra that we provide. The townhome is professionally cleaned between visitors and the hot tub is cleaned weekly as well.

Guest Book Many of our guest remark about how well the kitchen is equipped. Of course, the hot tub is a big hit, especially after a full day of skiing. It is professionally serviced weekly.
