New kitchen installed on second floor over looking 7 miles of beach...incredible views. Front to back great room. Memories to last a lifetime. Approx. 75 feet to beach. The layout is as follows: 1st floor: Living room, butlers pantry, sunroom, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, mudroom ,washer and dryer. 2nd floor: open space, new kitchen with granite, Stainless appliances, new master bedroom, 2nd be room w/ queen bed, 2 new bathrooms, new living room, new french doors off the kitchen, hard wood, tile, One living rooms have queen size beds, New french doors off master, Plasma TV, surround sound and gas fireplace. There are no parties allowed, this is for family entertainment only, we reserve the right to keep deposit and have renters removed immediately! We need a list of all members who are staying in the house upon arrival.

Portland is fifteen minutes away, The 'Old Port' where you will never find that many bars and restaurants in a small walking distance; L.L. Bean store is just 30 minutes away in Freeport Maine, Look for Maine festivals..for example, the 'Clam bake' in Yarmouth... so much to do in a short time! Things To Do & Area Sight Seeing : We will have a packet of fun things to do to make the most of your week or two here in Old orchard beach Our seven-mile long stretch of wide sandy beach is understandably the major attraction. The plasma TV with surround sound..for a quiet night with the kids after a crazy day of sun and fun!
