Just a few of the many events in the Jewel of the Desert, 'in season'. Las Palmas Golf Course is within walking distance, for guest play and many open play golf courses are within a 5 mile radius. Many Internationally known restaurants, casinos, cinemas, live theatre at the McCallum Theatre, The famous Palm Springs Follies and hiking nearby. Just a few of many attractions within walking distance, or a short drive. Begin your stay by lounging by the pool enjoying the privacy of the large back yard, landscaped in a tropical setting while soaking up the warm sunshine.

If you are looking for a home that has a personal touch, this is the home for you. Every detail of the home has been carefully taken care of, by the original owner and it is a warm, cozy, comfortable home. Everything is in new condition and in good working order. All furnishings are new and professionally done by an interior decorator. The yard is a tropical paradise with every imaginable flower. Bougainvillea, Mandevilla, roses by Jackson and Perkins, fruit trees (grapefruit, orange and lemon), and annuals planted for additional enjoyment. The back yard and pool area is surrounded by a wall, with total privacy. I can promise, you won't be disappointed. Pictures cannot do this home justice. You have to stay ,and enjoy to appreciate the true loveliness, of this discriminating home. A home away from home.. and more.

The kitchen has every amenity for cooking at home, with stainless steel appliances, (Bosch dishwasher and JennAire ice maker refrigerator), granite counter tops and a large pantry which stores everything at eye level. Truly a gourmet's delight. The breakfast bar is just off the morning room, with access to the back patio, BBQ grill and patio table that seats 4 plus, people. The kitchen is stocked with beautiful china and crystal and the living room has a handsome bar, which stores attractive glassware/decanters and ice bucket for serving guests when entertaining. Please, NO SMOKING or PETS.

Skiing Information: Skiing is available at Big Bear, approximately 100 miles from Palm Springs. It begins mid December through March. Big Bear offers over night lodging and is close to Lake Arrowhead.

Golf Information: Las Palmas Golf Course is just off the back of the house (5 minute walk) and rates are from $65.00 to $119.00. Rancho Mirage Country Club is available for golf, Desert Willows and Esmerelda in Indian Wells. All vary in prices, depending on the season and the time of day.
