**Book early to get your first choice of weeks** Now reserving for summer 2009. Book now and get Summer 2008 rate of $1150 per week (peak summer weeks). Fall 2008 weeks/long weekends still available. Fall 3+ nights available at $125* per night. This new cottage located within a gated community on the 43 acre Beach Dreams Resort. Located off Rte. 1 (1-1/2 miles to Moody Beach) features two bedrooms (one with a KING bed and the other with twin beds - can be bunk beds or side by side), full bath, roomy family room, kitchen/dining space and an enclosed screened/glass three season porch to take in the fresh ocean air sun room. Set against the woods, this is one of the more private units in the development. The in-home stereo system includes an AM/FM receiver and CD player plus cable television and a washer and dryer. This family-oriented development features three swimming pools, a kiddie pool, a jacuzzi and an exercise room. This cottage is close to the largest pool & club house.
