  • Master Bathroom: Shower is massive made by a long glass block wall which separates it from the main bathroom. The design of the bathroom divides the shower from the jetted tub from the toilet. The toilet room has its own door. Across from the shower and toilet is a double vanity with giant full mirror. In the same area is the sliding door into the large walk-in closet, which we have used to put an iron and board, extra blankets, sleeping mats, high chair and playpen/sleeper in to accommodate a wide range of our guests' needs.

  • Master Bedroom is quite large and could accommodate other sleeping fixtures like a roll-away or/and mats. The second bedroom is a two room suite with 2 full sized beds. On the back lanai is a futon sofa that converts to a sleeper. Existing furniture provides for 7 sleeping spots, and with optional roll a way there are 8 adult spots. There is a playpen/sleeper for those with kids along with a high chair stored in the walk in closet of the master bedroom.

Check-In and Check-Out Times Default Check-In time is 3PM, Default Check-out time is 12 noon. We frequently have guests coming in the same day you leave or/and vice versa. If you expect to need to remain past 12 noon the day you depart or come in earlier than 3PM the day you arrive, please book those days. It is very helpful to know your arrival and departure times especially if you will arrive later than the default or/and you will depart earlier than the default.

Payment Policies When we send you a statement or quote the charges are clearly broken down for you to examine before you are charged or you send payment. We can process your request for booking our vacation rental with two payments if you qualify as follows: a) When your arrival time is more than 60 days ahead; -and- b) The total amount is over $500. Another way to say this is that 'If you are arriving in 60 days or less and/or if the total amount is $500 or less, the whole amount will be due in one payment.' If your total amount is over $500 and you will be arriving in over 60 days, then you do qualify to pay for your vacation rental in two payments and this is how that works: (1) The first payment (also called the Initial or Hold or Booking Deposit) is at least $500 (you can pay more if you prefer) and it is due As Soon As Possible to secure your space and the dates you want to stay; (2) The second payment is the balance and that payment is due before 60 days of your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 reservation fee deducted from any rent paid in advance. Damage Deposits are fully refunded if there is a cancellation. We Will Refund All Rental Funds In Full, Minus A $50 Reservation Fee, Provided We Have Received Your Written Cancellation Notice Two Months Prior To Your Arrival Date. Less Notice and we will refund only at the replacement time and amount we can re-rent your space for, if possible. Written notice may be made by email, fax, or postal service but it is your responsibility to acknowledge we got it. Deposits help offset non-shows that tie up our unit with our good faith assumption it was rented for the time you booked it.
