Marco Island house Rental Property Information

You asked & we listened. We've added a 42' flat screen TV, Free Broadband Internet and recently installed a huge 1,000 sq ft pool deck to maximize the sun for most of the day. Most Marco Island homes have either very little area for 'laying out' near the pool or get very little sunshine. Our pool area faces the 'all important' south direction for maximum sunshine. We have extra outdoor lounge chairs & tables to relax around the large 20x40 foot, heated, in-ground pool. Our premium 4 bdrm/4.5 bath home (originally built for Richard Nixon) is located the end of a peaceful cul de sac. This house is owned by a couple specializing in international real estate who have traveled all over the world and stayed in some of the best hotels. They have high standards and this house is very well maintained. In the last three years they have replaced practically all the bedroom furniture & sheets, appliances and flooring. This premium property is located in a prestigious neighborhood and is a 5 minute drive (10 minutes by bicycle) to Marco Island's fabulous 3 mile powdery white sand beaches. The property has water access to the superb inland waterways in the Marco Island-Naples area, is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and air conditioned. There are local tennis facilities and the Naples area has some of the best public golf courses in the United States. There are two or three marinas on the Island where you can rent a cruiser or pontoon boat for the day to cruise up the inland waterways to Naples and picnic on the Gulf beaches. The large pool is heated by both a solar cover and a water heater. I had the water temperature up to 82 degrees at Christmas when we were there. The pool sits on the south side of the house so the sun is shining on the area for most of the day (perfect for sun bathing). We encourage you to email us with any questions.

  • Our house is constantly being updated/upgraded. In the last three years we have replaced all the furniture in the bedrooms (except one high quality dresser that was saved for sentimental reasons). All the bedrooms have been newly carpeted (except the hardwood floor in the upstairs bedroom). We have recently purchased high quality new sheets. All bedrooms have private entrance to bathrooms and are equipped with dresser, 20-inch Cable TVs (some with DVDs) and alarm clocks (if needed on vacation). All the appliances including the washer and dryer have been replaced in the past two years except the eye-level oven which works wonderful. The living room, dining room and kitchen have all been newly carpeted or tiled in January 2007.

The layout of the house is fantastic with 3 different buildings in an L-shape design (all under one roof) built around the pool. The main building has the living room, formal dining room, kitchen, the master bedroom and bathroom. The living room has a 42-inch flatscreen TV with VCR & DVD player. One of the walls in the living room is all windows that overlooks the pool area so people can sit in the living room and visit while still being able to keep an eye on people in the pool area. There are 2 sofas, a love seat, and a recliner so there is plenty of places to sit. The dining room has a formal dining table and 10 chairs. The kitchen has the standard amenities including a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and coffee maker. The second building has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 more bathrooms - one of the bath and bedrooms is located upstairs. Every bedroom has a private entrance to a bathroom. The third building consists of a 2-car garage, laundry room and another bathroom
