Activities This home is located in Fletcher Heights, a wonderful family-oriented community. Down the street you will find a huge park and community pool. Behind that lies the Challenger Space Center, one of a handful in the country. Many golf course, tennis courts, lakes and parks are nearby. Don't miss all the restaurants, shops, art galleries and museums (including the Bead Museum and Historic Saguaro Ranch) which are all very convenient to the house. Enjoy a diversity of day trips to places like Sedona, Jerome, Prescott, The Grand Canyon and Flagstaff.

Other Activities Sports, sports and sports! From Peoria, all the pro teams are nearby. Take in the Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Suns, Coyotes and Stings. Five minutes away is the Peoria Sports Complex where the Padres and Mariners have spring training. Also an easy commute to Surprise Stadium where the Royals and Rangers have their spring training. Attend golf tournaments, tennis matches and Nascar events. Get involved yourself and play golf at your choice of courses, rent a boat at Lake Pleasant, or spend a day in nature hiking in Thunderbird Park. Tons to see and do!
