Perched on a hillside within the shadows of El Yunque Caribbean rain forest, Bella Vista Chalet offers magnificent ocean and valley views. Located within a private 2 acre estate, the owners are your neighbors and will offer assistance throughout every aspect of your stay. From reservations to activities, dining options and area points of interest they will provide as much or as little interaction as you wish. This property also features a pool and is a short walk to natural waterfalls and swimming pools.

Bella Vista Chalet is centrally located just 20 miles east of San Juan International Airport and 20 miles west of Fajardo (the eastern end of the island) and 5 miles above the town of Rio Grande. We are near El Yunque rain forest and within 5-20 miles of beaches,surfing, hiking, dining, shopping, bioluminescence bay, snorkeling excursions, and ferry service to Vieques and Culebra. Guests will need to rent a car if staying at Villa Sevilla as there is no reliable public transportation available outside of the metro area. Renting a car will also give you the freedom to explore many areas of our diverse island. The five mile road up to Bella Vista Chalet is paved but is a mountain road and will be winding and narrower. Villa Sevilla's central location will easily allow you to explore the metro areas of San Juan, along with all the activities and attractions of the eastern and central areas of Puerto Rico.

Better than just a vacation rental As the owners, we strive to make sure our guests have the most comfortable and memorable stay at our Villa. We live practically next door and will stop by everyday to make sure your needs are met, and to answer any questions. We can provide as much or as little interaction as you wish. The choice is completely up to you.
The personal touch that matters Do you ever wonder what to do, where to go, what to see? When you go on vacation do you arrive at your destination and wonder, where can I buy groceries? How do I get to a restaurant? Who are the best tour operators? For our guests we have created a personal guide book to help you with all the aspects of your stay. From detailed directions, restaurant and activity suggestions to area points of interest, just take the guide book with you as you travel about and you'll have all the information at your fingertips. As your neighbors and residents of Puerto Rico, we can also offer you our knowledge of the area and are more then happy to make suggestions and arrange for tours and activities.
The comforts of home with special touches Tropical gardens, fresh picked flowers, fruit trees, comfortable furnishings, breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings are all part of your stay at Bella Vista Chalet. We also serve fresh baked gourmet bread and tropical fruit salad on your first morning and for those who would like a special meal or don't feel like cooking, the services of a local chef are available. Wether you want an adventure packed vacation, or prefer to relax in a hammock or sit by the pool sipping on pina coladas, you will find all the comforts of home along with conveniences such as beach chairs, coolers, high speed wifi access, satellite TV, and the nightly serenade of our beloved coqui frogs.
Guest Book Villa Sevilla made us love Puerto Rico even more then we did before! Lay in the hammock at night and listen the the 'beautiful music of the night'. Views are amazing and the place is immaculate! Perfect directions to everywhere and we ddn't get lost once. The pool area is beautiful. Better then we could have hoped for-Awesome!
