Centrally located near SeaWorld, enjoy all San Diego has to offer while staying in this spotlessly clean and comfortable, roomy family-oriented 2 bdrm apartment with oak hardwood floors and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay including 8 beach cruiser bicycles, beach towels, backpack style beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, private garage with automatic opener and laundry room. Cable TV, wireless internet, unlimited phone usage. 2 bedroom apts have a queen and bunk beds with double on the bottom and queen sofabed. 3 bdrm/2ba has two queens and a bunk bed with double on bottom and sofabed. You do not need a car at this rental. Grocery stores one block,lots of restaurants and shops within 4 blocks.

Right around the apartment! Henry's Market and Trader Joe's is one block away. Restaurants, bars and clubs abound in Pacific Beach. Everything you will need is within about 5 blocks of this apartment but if you have a car, there are private garages with automatic openers. There are three outdoor tables with chairs on the lawn. The ocean is 4 blocks away with Crystal Pier 5 blocks away. Lifeguard stand, toilets, showers, bicycle rentals with helmets for children at the end of Felspar St.

We go the extra mile for your enjoyment The ocean and bay boardwalks are wonderful for bike riding so we provide new beach cruiser bicycles for you, just like you rode as a kid. No fancy gears, just a plain bike with a big comfortable seat, high handlebars, a kickstand and back-peddle brakes. There is a gas BBQ (with gas provided!), two laundry rooms, a private garage with auto garage door opener. WiFi Cable/wireless Internet and phone line insures that you can keep in touch with work if necessary and there is Cable TV and DVD. There is a communal grassy area with table and chairs. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, alarm clock, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, shampoo, dishwasher soap, body and hand soap, laundry soap and bounce sheets, coffee filters, saran wrap and aluminum foil, kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Comfortable beds with high quality, high thread count sheets.

Noise in the Area versus Savings These apartments are in the heart of Pacific Beach. It's an area that is popular with the college crowd. It is not a quiet area in the summer or on school holiday weekends because of the live bands in the bars and nightclubs on Garnet Ave but the rest of the time it is pretty quiet. I have white noise machines in each bedroom and double pane windows. The prices are low because of the noise and the distance to the beach (4 blocks). The neighborhood noise does not bother most of my guests, as you can see from reading the comments in the guestbook. If you want quiet, I have plenty of places that are in very quiet, upscale neighborhoods but they are more expensive. If you are willing to put up with some noise, you can save a lot of money staying here that you can spend at SeaWorld, the Zoo, etc. It's your choice.
