Hutchinson Island condo Rental Property Information

We are located on South Hutchinson Island Florida, which is centrally located between Miami and Orlando along the east coast (also known as the Treasure Coast). Many options available to fill up your vacation time. A wide variety of: fishing, diving, movie theaters, stage theater, parks, museums, educational tours and shopping are all within an hour away. You might just choose to stay next to the pool or beach, which both are only steps from the back door. February brings Spring Training to our area. Major league baseball teams such as: New York Mets, Los Angeles Dodgers, Florida Marlins and the St.Louis Cardinals training facilities are between 30-45 min. away. Shopping enthusiast are not left out. The Treasure Coast Mall- 15 mins, The Gardens Mall- 45 min, The Vero Beach Mall and the Outlet Mall -30 min. West Palm Beach is approximately 1 hour away offering City Place (an upscale dining and shopping adventure).

The Island Beach Club Resort is located on South Hutchinson Island which is centrally located along the east coast of Florida. Across the bridge to the mainland are The City of Stuart and Jensen Beach. You get a small town quaint feeling when visiting these two areas. Downtown Stuart (6 miles) is a bit more sophisticated with more shopping choices and the Historic Lyic Theater (celebrity performances year round). Jensen Beach (4 miles) has a local street festival every Thursday night with local artist and performers providing a nice family atmosphere. Without leaving the island, you can enjoy some great educational experiences. The Energy Encounter at the Florida Power & Light facility, the many scheduled shows at the Florida Oceanographic Institute and the history of the area at the Elliott Museum.

No need to bring your beach accessories. We will provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, some toys but don't forget your own sunscreen. The kitchen comes fully equipped if you choose to make a full course meal or just a sandwich. Full size (12 cups) coffee pot, coffee filters, Blender (for those margaritas), grilling utensils, toaster, full set of dishes (8 servings), all size pots with lids and a full size refrigerator with a filtered water ice maker. The entire unit has undergone a complete renovation. Everything in kitchen is new including the granite tile counter tops. You'll love the new, clean, crisp feel of our place.

Fishing The Treasure Coast offers a variety of fishing options. Charter boats can be rented for half day or full day excursions. The Indian River and St. Lucie River provide a chance to do some light tackle river fishing. The St. Lucie inlet is the gateway to the Atlantic Ocean for your day out on the Deep Sea.

Golf Information: Dozens of golf courses are within minutes. From 18 hole courses to miniature golf the area has so much to offer to the golf enthusiast. Check our booklet of area information for further contact info.

Just Relax! Our unit is only steps away from the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The Island Beach Club Resort is a small four (4) story condominium among many high rises. The atmosphere and feeling you get from our place is that 'Your away from it all'. At Island Beach Club, the whole condo only has 60 units (some are not even rented out) which gives you more room around the pool. Once in our unit, looking out towards the ocean you feel like your in the middle of nowhere. Whether you have a Margarita or a cup of coffee you will enjoy lying by the pool reading a good book. A long walk down the miles of quiet shoreline, after a wonderful dinner in the on site restaurant (High Tide Grill), will top off a great day in unit 102.
