Security / Cleaning Deposit A SECURITY Deposit of $500 is required. This deposit will be returned upon successful inspection of the property at the end of the rental term. An ADDITIONAL $125 is required for a CLEANING Deposit. The property must be left as clean as it was found in order to have the cleaning deposit returned. Total deposits come to $625 for Security and Cleaning.

Down Payment/Deposit A minimum of $500 is required to 'Hold' the rental period. This deposit is non-refundable, unless the property can be re-rented after notice of cancellation. Installments are accepted, and the total balance due is required by 5/1/08.

Check-in Check- In should be no earlier than 1:oopm Check-Out is before 11am
