The Cottage sits on five acres on a county maintained road between Kalkaska and Mancelona. Plenty of room for numerous sleds to park outside and to park trailers as well. SnowTrails has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, linens, towels, fireplace, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer & dryer. Bordered by State land on three sides, SnowTrails is also available for deer hunting & fishing throughout the entire season as well as for getaways during the warmer months of Spring & Summer.
