Breckenridge house Rental Property Information

This is a fabulous ski-in and quick walk out home by the base of Peak 8. You will find warm rustic ambiance throughout this nicely decorated, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 2100 square foot mountain get-away. The vaulted main living area is complete with a natural rock wood-burning fire place. The main kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. Sleep well in the Master’s suite and relax in the jetted spa tub. Downstairs, you will also find separate kitchen facilities. The utility room is equipped with boot warmers for your convenience. Cable TVs with VCR/DVD and CD players are provided. Movies and games are also available, but we recommend that you bring your own favorites. Relax in the private hot tub after a fun day on the slopes. If downhill is not for you, the Nordic center is a short distance away and town is just down the hill.

We are located just above the base of Peak Eight, adjacent to Trygves Run. Take a quick walk to the end of the street and ski down to the major lifts on Peak Eight, and we have a private trail directly into our back door, right off of Trygves Run. Trygves Run is where lessons are offered for beginners. We find it easier to come home for lunch than to eat at any of the restaurants. We are located 5 minutes above the town of Breckenridge. Breckenridge has a wide variety of excellent restaurants and activities including ice-skating and cross-country skiing (near our home), just to name a few. You can ski from our home down to town and take a free shuttle to Keystone and A-Basin. Vail also offers a shuttle for a few dollars. You never have to worry about paying for parking, or driving your car when you are ready to ski!
