The apartment is fully equipped and has Internet connection. There are five apartments fully furnished available for corporate or vacation rentals. You can also sit on the patio outside the apartment where you can gather with the family to enjoy great dinners or breakfast. Rent a car at the airport and within 5 minutes you will arrive at this dream vacation villa. A car is available for rent with the property at a additional cost.

We also have several apartments in the area please inquire. There are 2 two bedrooms apartments next to the property that can be rented and combine we can accomodate large groups of up to 20 people. We also have beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in Isla Verde in Condominium Marbella for $2,100.00 per week and Condado in Condominium Milenium with Ocean View for $2,100.00 per week. Also a one bedroom in Condominium Torre De La REina with spectacular views of San Juan for up to 4 people for only $1,000.00 per week. Please inquire .

Guest Book The Villa was perfect for our family of eight, which includes four not so easy to please teenagers. It was great for my wife and I to have the privacy of our own bedroom, with bath, while the kids enjoyed the rest of the villa especially their own cable T.V. We especially enjoyed having the pool, and being able to drive a few minutes to go the beach. Thank you for a great family vacation. Bill, Bridges, N.J. Parque Monte Verde was everything we could have hoped for in a vacation property. It was beautifully decorated and included everything you would need to make your vacation memorable. The beach was located a short driving distance from the villa (25 minutes), we enjoyed our daily walks to the beach and quiet times by the pool. The property was very secure and well manicured. The Villa is located in an area that offers easy access to local attractions, grocery stores, bakery. We will be returning to Villa Monte Verde for our next family vacation.
