Each secondary bedroom opens up to private garden lanais. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and adjacent over sized bar are perfect for entertaining, as they overlook the great room with a soaring wood ceiling and big screen television. The carved wood dining table overlooks the ocean and comfortably seats 8 people. Custom wood and leather furniture in every room complement the rich cabinets and finishes, and provide a rich and 'contemporary' island lifestyle.

The resort style lava swimming pool is surrounded by natural slate, lava rock, and palm trees. The views from the pool and residence are elevated 30' above grade to maximize the panoramic views of the ocean. For your additional entertainment a 5 hole miniature golf course surrounds the residence offering enjoyment for guests of all ages.
