Guntersville Lake cottage Rental Property Information

Get away from it all at our rustic mountain lake front cottage. Spacious wooded lot, landscaping, circular driveway and stone path from house to water. Large wooden deck with built-in seating and long picnic table. Adjoining patio has gas and charcoal grills, picnic table and covered swing. Large boat dock for lounge chairs, tying up a boat or fishing from both sides of the boathouse. Good fishing spot! We are at the center of a quiet bay which opens into the main channel of the Tennessee River. Easy access to nearby public launches on either side of property 2-3 miles away. We are located off Highway 79 between Guntersville and Scottsboro.

Golfers have 4 courses within easy driving: Robert Trent Jones Trail at Hampton Cove 25 miles north on Hwy 431, Goose Pond Colony 10 miles north on Hwy 79, Gunter's Landing 10 miles south on Hwy 431 and Guntersville State Park 20 miles south. Guntersvillle Lake is a fisherman's paradise with its renowned BASSMasters and other fishing contests and rodeos. Guntersville has all the charm and history of yesteryear and all the conveniences of today in shopping, sightseeing, and festivals. Restaurants abound with fresh seafood, excellent barbecue and other local delicacies. Nearby Boaz Factory Outlets need no introduction. Musical concerts and Art on the Lake round out a nifty community atmosphere.

Rental Rates for the cottage in Alabama, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 2008 Rates: 4 nights $465 5 nights $550 6 nights $650 7 nights $700
  • Check in time is 3 pm and checkout is 10 am.
    A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the entire payment due two weeks prior to rental, at which time the deposit becomes a damage deposit. This $200 will be refunded to you after the cleaning service has finished and completed an inspection for damage and we have received back the keys for the house. If you cancel reservations and the house gets rented for the week you reserved, we will return your deposit. We have a minimum of four night rental.
    Rates for 2007: 4 nights $465, 5 nights $550, 6 nights $650, 7 nights $700
    $465--$700/Week
  • Monies must be received 10 days prior to arrival.
    If you cancel within 10 days $200 deposit will be forfeited.
