Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • June-September 15 $800 per night w/2 night minimum $750 per night for 3 nights $3500 per week
  • Fall/Winter $1,200 per night for 2 -3 nights., $1,100 per night for 4+ nights. Winter holiday periods are $1,250 per night. There is a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
  • A rental agreement is emailed to renters to fill out & return with a deposit. There is a 10% discount on last minute rentals(within 14 days). A classic farm tractor hayride (our tractors/hay wagons) can be scheduled !

The homes floor plan is as follows. The top floor of the home has three bedrooms named Maple Sugar Shack, ST. Mere E'glise and Cape Cod with a common full bath. The main floor has three large rooms including the great room, kitchen and dining rooms all with cathedral ceilings. The first floor has five bedrooms including Jackson Hole, Coyote Den, Jackson Hole, Sir Lancelots Lair, Camelot with three full bathrooms. There is a gas grill on the main outside deck and a detached barn used to store hay, horse drawn carriages and provide shelter for the horses. Guests are provided the option of feeding the horses their dailly hay and grain in the winter. The owner has a separate caretakers apartment with separate/private entrance and stays there to twice daily feed, water, exercise and care for the horses. We welcome guests with pets that are properly trained. We wecome guests who treat the property and neighbors(noise) with high regard look and forward to hearing from you.
