There is a year round river that runs through the 94 acre property. There is a golf course, skating rink and tennis courts open to the public in town. There is also a fenced pasture, stalls, tack room and an indoor arena if you want to bring your horse, up to two horses maximum. Excellent horseback riding, walking, biking and x-country trails, some of the best in Vermont. On site Massage Therapist possible, if available. Horse back riding lessons available on our Welsh Cob horses.

Dogs Allowed There is a large fenced back yard for dogs. Excellent location for walking your dog along the river.

Skiing Information: House is located on a well maintained Route 100, 25 minutes to either Killington or Sugarbush ski areas. 1/2 hour to Mad River.

Golf Information: The White River Golf Course is 10 minutes from the house
