Bougainvillea House is a private, beachfront, air conditioned, multi-unit, villa property, located on a two mile (3km) long, deserted, sandy beach. The property is ten minutes from The Four Seasons Resort, The Emerald Bay Resort & Marina, and The Grand Isle Villas Resort. The north villa features four bedrooms, one foldout bed, four and a half baths, and a private kitchen (sleeps 8-10). The south villa features one master honeymoon suite, one foldout bed, two and a half baths, and a private kitchen (sleeps 2-4). The garden cottage features one bedroom, one foldout bed, one bath, and a private kitchen (sleeps 2-4). The entire property is furnished with Tommy Bahama furniture and decor and sleeps 12 to 18 adults, children, staff, and pets in 6 bedrooms with 3 studios and 7 baths. 8,000 square feet of sun decks are also used for corporate and incentive travel group functions.
