Puerto Vallarta offers an extensive variety of excellent restaurants (respectively all cuisines and the best French restaurant in town is across the street). This unit is in the hotel zone across from the Los Tules resort, the Fiesta Americana, the Holiday Inn, the Villa Del Mar and the Villa Del Palmar. These places and their restaurants, bars etc. are open to the public because they are not 'all inclusive' resorts. A wonderful newer shopping center adjacent to Suites Marbella which includes a supermarket, beauty salon, movie theater, pharmacy, restaurants, ATM machines and much more….. Most bus lines are right in front of the complex as well as taxis. Taxi rates are very reasonable generally less than five dollars to most anywhere you want to go.

The balconies from the condo open to views of the beautiful mature grounds and the Sierra Madre Mountains. It has a washer, equipped kitchenette facility (including: mini refrigerator, stove/oven, micro-wave, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, pot, pans & eating supplies) and large living room area. For added relaxation, enjoy the beautifully landscaped pool area..

This unit is in the rear of this resort complex located on the third floor providing additional privacy and seclusion. The complex has a very pronounced characteristic, it is a showpiece, a tropical botanical garden, where there are thousands of species.
