  • Beautiful Sailfish Cottage is right in front of the bay and has its own tiki hut facing the water with my personal favorite, a tiki shower for 2 containing 4 relaxing shower heads. It's a freestanding cottage which sleeps 2, with a queen size bed view bed, compact refrigerator, range, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, cooking and dining utensils, cable TV, air conditioning, towels and linens. We also call this cottage the Honeymoon Suite. Captain's Unit can sleep 2 adults and 1 to 2 kids. It is a one-bedroom suite with its own Jacuzzi tub and a tiki shower. It has a king size bed, which also faces the water. A full futon bed, compact refrigerator, small range, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, cooking and dining utensils, cable TV, air conditioning, towels and linen. An additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed style)which can be opened for this cottage making it a 2 bedroom.

For the tranquility of all guest, normal occupancies is 2 adults per unit, if allowed (on a case by case basis) an additional adult will be $15.00 per night. There is never an extra charge for kids under the age of 18. FREE use of the Sailboats, Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, and Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits are always free with cottage rental. We have 6 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days and four 22' Catalina. You can swim and snorkel right off our beach or dock. Plus there are plenty of great sailing adventures to be had like our mangrove jungle cruise (A key lime exclusive not on any published maps), snorkel a sunken boat, or find a deserted island beach (charts included) and many other interesting and exciting destinations to explore.
