Beautiful new home in the heart of the White Mtns offering the best of all worlds: enjoy the peace and serenity of a private mountain setting, yet with close and easy access to all the attractions and activities that the region has to offer. Enjoy nature off the beaten track as we are less than a mile to fabulous waterfalls, hiking trails and uncrowded spots on the Pemi for swimming, tubing, kayaking, or sunning. Or just stay put and relax as families will love this spacious alternative to condos, with three levels to spread out, incl. large walk-out family room that opens to a yard with brook the kids can explore. Don't want to cook? Be in the charming center of Woodstock or on the bustling Kancamagus, both with all their shops and dining options, in just 8 minutes. Golfing at the Jack-O-Lantern? Be there in two minutes! Of course, reaching all 3 major ski resorts (Loon/Cannon/Waterville) couldn't be easier as we are just off exit 30/31 on 93. Must be 25 to rent. No smoking. No pets.
