Lake Travis Casa is a private waterfront house located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) where the Colorado and Pedernales Rivers Merge--near mile marker 36 on Lake Travis. The house was recently remodeled and has beautiful décor. The house has a private Covered Boat/Swimming/Fishing dock. The house has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 comfortably. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent and Trash Bags. Come spend a relaxing vacation at Lake Travis Casa. Queen in 1st Bedroom and 2 bunk beds (full on bottom and single on top) and in 2nd Bedroom. Kitchen with all needed cooking and eating utensils, full sized refrigerator/freezer, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Living room with a Fireplace and TV with DVD/VCR and Satellite, Dining room with table/chairs, Stereo/CD player, Selection of books, games, magazines, CDs and movies. Washer/Dryer, Propane Gas Grill, Patio sets and lounge chairs, Croquet set, Horseshoes.

    • No Visitors of Guest(s)
    • No Loud Music
    • No 'out of control' Parties
    • No more than 2 boats or 1 boat and 2 jet ski at or on the boat dock at anytime.
    Boats must be Under 25' in length
    • Please keep noise levels appropriate with the time of day. Many of the neighbors are full-time residents, please be respectful to them and the neighborhood.
    • Please keep all trash in appropriate receptacles
  • **Special Discounted Rates available on all reservations made from March 16 till September 30th, 2008--- Discounted Rates are $350.00 Per Night on Friday/Saturday/Holidays & $300 Per Night on Sunday thru Thursday Nights. That is $50.00 OFF Per Night from the Normal Rates!!**

    A $50 fee is charged if you cancel once reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given, then the Full Amount reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations.
