A 7 minute drive to Portsmouth, NH and close to many other attractions. Just across the street, nestled between the rocks are secluded sandy/rocky beaches with some of the best fishing on the whole New England coast! Sleeps 4 to 5 people comfortably.

Across the Boulevard and nestled within the rocky coast are secluded sandy beaches and fishing spots where the best fishing on the New England Coast can be found! Five minute drive to the quaint city of Portsmouth, NH, where one will find some of New England's finest restaurants and night life. With Boston or Portland only an hour away by car, one can easily plan a day or night trip! In autumn, during peak leaf season, reserve a week to enjoy the colors. The moon seems larger this time of year as it rises over the Atlantic!

    Children under the age of 2 stay free. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $100.00 per week per pet. May 3rd. through September 26h, 7 nights is the minimum stay, (Saturday to Saturday).For off season, will consider monthly rate (call for details)

  • 50% due @ time of reservation, $600.00 security deposit plus balance due upon arrival. (Stays less than 6 months are subject to a 8% NH meals and rooms Tax.)

    Personal Checks accepted for initial deposit. Cash, Travelers Checks or money orders @ time or arrival. (Sorry no personal checks unless a repeat guest). Additional guest payments must be made @ time of arrival. Check-in time is @ 4:30pm and checkout time is @ 10:00am.

    The use of the hot tub is for adults only. Guests must sign a liability disclaimer prior to use of hot tub.

The home was recently renovated with a large deck over looking the Atlantic Ocean! A 4 person hot tub with views of the ocean was also installed! Tile floors in the bathrooms and new lighting fixtures throughout. Also, new furnishings throughout give the home a designer look. The master bedroom furnishings are all brand new. The king size bed and bedding are the most luxurious and the best that money can buy! Waking up to the sounds and smells of the Atlantic Ocean will be a well-deserved treat. Taking reservation for summer of 2009.This vacation retreat is a rare find and will not last. All areas have fantastic views of the Atlantic ocean! This vacation home on the ocean is one of the most spectacular water front properties on the Eastern Coast.

Foot note to the secluded sandy beach. Across the street is the beautiful rocky coast with some of the best fishing! A sandy secluded beach may also be found...(this little treat waxes and wanes depending on the storms that bring or take away the sand).

Guest Book Outstanding house , right across from the Ocean, the Isles of Shoals are magnificent. Fresh fish supply nearby. The house itself is extremely convenient, beautifully architecture and furnished with Old World flair. The host is extremely pleasant and helpful.
