Jefferson house Rental Property Information

Secluded Getaway south of Jefferson, Co in Indian Mountain. Short distance from fishing at Tarryall Res. Hunting to the east in Pike Nat'l Forest or west in BLM lands. 45 minutes to skiing in Breckenridge. For the active vacationer, the local area offers rock climbing, hiking, snow shoeing, sledding, fishing,hunting and horseback riding. If you feel a little more adventurous, we have stored air mattresses you may pitch a tent on the property . The kitchen has all of the modern luxuries we can't live without, including a washer and dryer. The secluded master bedroom also provides excellent views and a quiet retreat. The main bath boasts and oversized tub for long hot soaks. Enjoy relaxing on the large deck or covered back porch, or take a well deserved nap in the hammock. A large outdoor gas grill for your creative cooking. At night you may choose to sit around the fire pit for star gazing, roasting marshmallows and telling stories, or relax indoors around the cozy wood fireplace

    We require a 25% deposit of total to reserve your dates, an additional 25% is required within 90 days of your arrival. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

    Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days and we are able to rebook the canceled dates, we will refund your payment.

    Directions and keys will be mailed to you 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

    We accept check, money order, or PayPal. PayPal users will incur an additional 3% service charge. Payment for paypal users will use email Lee.Peluso@yahoo.com
  • $10 per dog per stay required. We expect that animal waste will be picked up and disposed of prior to check out
    An additional fee of $25/per adult couple will be charged for parties of over 4 to cover additional cleaning and laundry time.
    We also request a security deposit of $200 be received prior to your arrival.
    Check in time is 4PM, Check out 11 am unless other arrangements are made.
