The home has central air throughout the home...which is a must if you are to stay in Hawaii. The home is a non-smoking home.

You truly will think you are in paradise when you arrive at this newly remodeled, fully furnished condominium. Located across the road from the the ocean.. The remodel of this 2nd floor condo was complete in the spring of 2006. It includes a new central air conditioning system, all new ceramic title flooring, a new kitchen, including all new upgraded appliances and solid maple cabinetry, new granite countertops and splashes, upgraded, recessed lighting throughout, two new bathrooms with ceramic tile, glass block, granite counters and new fixtures. The condo stands apart from the rest. Everything about it gives the feel of luxury, from the quality interior construction to the Tommy Bahama style furnishings. Each condo has a assigned parking space. From the spacious, newly tiled, private lanai, enjoy a view of the ocean and tropical gardens. Watch the whales breach and catamarans as they sail along the South Maui Coast. Common area amenities include tennis courts, pool and jetted spas.

Grounds On the lusciously landscaped grounds are tropical gardens, complete with ponds, fountains and waterfalls. Common area amenities include four tennis courts, a large swimming pool, sun deck, two jetted spas, work out room next to pool and areas to barbecue. Golf Information: There are many first class golf courses located right next door in the city of Wailea as well as many courses in the city of Kihei. Make sure you mention you are staying at my home and you will get the resort rate for all your golf.
