Four generously sized bedrooms, private loft, four & 1/2 baths - sleeps 12 - 14. Enclosed Hot Springs Spa, 6 person, 32 jets, comfort control system. Complete gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances: dual convection oven/microwave, warming oven, toaster oven, professional range/oven with exhaust hood, refrigerator w/ice maker and trash compactor. Granite slab counter tops, Emeril cookware, and all necessary dishes, utensils and servingware. 10 ft ceilings on main level with exposed beams accent the large open space floor plan. Living room includes a river rock fireplace, all new comfortable furnishings, TV/DVD/VCR and a variety of movies are available for your use. A second living area is provided on the lower level and is equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa around a TV/DVD/VCR stereo. |

We welcome your visit to our home. You will be staying in close proximity to the most fabulous ski resorts in the world. Readers of SKI Magazine recognized Vail as the #1 ski resort in North America for the 11th time in 15 years. Beaver Creek was rated the #5 ski resort and is known for its unique diversity, exceptional snow quality and an award-winning ski and snowboarding school. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a joy for preparing meals and entertaining your family and friends. A breakfast island (seats 3) followed by a lovely dining room table (seats 8) and an additional table (seats 6) enhances the flow of larger gatherings and provides very comfortable seating for 17 people. For those who enjoy grilling outdoors, you may step out on the wrap-around deck and prepare the evening meal on the natural gas grill. Call or email for more information.
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. Reservations are easily made by checking availability on the calendar link to insure your time is available. Next, go to the owners website at (see link at bottom of page), go to the rental agreement page, print out the agreement, fill it out and send it with your deposit of $750.00 to hold the time. Please call first to insure the time is available.

Guest Book 04/15/04 Positive The Exception is a truly amazing place to stay. We've skied in Colorado for several years with a large group of friends, and we always feel like we're living on top of each other for a week. But this home was so spacious, we could all be in the house together with room to do what we wanted. Several people could enjoy the hot tub while others played pool and another group watched movies. And if we all wanted to be together the family room plenty big. With all the bedrooms and bathrooms we could easily get ready all at the same time, and that's a major feat. We had planned to go out in the evenings, but the home was so comfortable, we decided to stay in every night. The kitchen is very nice and had everything we needed to cook meals for everyone.
