Townsend lodge Rental Property Information
‘The Lodge’….unique in the fact that you have two levels should you decide to be apart together. Each level has its own complete kitchen including washer/dryer, three bedrooms and a bath (two baths on the upper level where the big screen is)! On the upper deck is our relaxing hot tub on its own screened-in porch. Listen to the katydids and night sounds while soaking away the cares of the day! Big screen TV/ DVD/ VCR/ cable for those who experience withdrawals. Just kiddin’ now. Why, some bedrooms have their own TV as well. Antiques mixed with modern conveniences and mountain decorations make ‘The Lodge’ a unique place to schedule for your family reunion. Plenty of parking, no 4-wheel drives needed. Each level boasts its own wood-burning fireplace to gather ‘round and reminisce of days gone by. Rent one level for up to six people and we’ll open the lower level if you can muster up more than that! What a wonderful place to get re-acquainted!

- $195 per night/ 2 people
- Base rate is $195 per night for 2 people. Add $10 per person/ per night after that. $13.25% sales tax and hotel/motel tax added to all quotes. No hot tub, reservation, cleaning fees, etc. When rented to 2 to 6 people, we open only the upstairs. For 8 to 12 total we open both levels.
