  • Here is where you'll again run into that little bit of extra that I put into the house. Don't worry about packing the toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner (the airports will take it anyway) because I have supplied all that. The linens, beach towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion (it's the desert after all), combs, shoe shine, blah blah blah. It's all there for you included. New to the house are amenities for the families traveling with the little ones! Don't lug the travel crib and highchair to Vegas. I have them waiting here for you. Not a playpen, a real crib for the baby to sleep in and a great highchair for the cutie to join the rest of the family at the dinner table.

    DayBed Room - 1 Queen, 1 Sleep Sofa /Futon, One with a Trundle- Sleep 3 or a boat load of kids.
  • Enter the French doors to the Master Bedroom and you feel like you just walked into your own place away from the rest of the house. Four (4) bedrooms-sleeps 7-11 comfortably= 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Day Beds-one with a trundle. Pillow top mattresses. Master bedroom has king size four post bed. Aero Bed Queen, not the cheesy kind either! 32 inch Flat Screen Cable TV in master bedroom. Flat screen cable TVs with DVD players in all the other bedrooms. I love to do the backyard up right. There you'll find a gas BBQ, make the neighbors drool with your special sauce simmering on top of the food. A patio set including a huge table and six chairs, a swing that has its own sun shade and opens up to a bed (fifty bucks off your stay for the first picture of someone sacked out on this thing). Oh Yeah there's a pool too! And a jacuzzi that seats 7! It has a stereo in it and an led light show. I tested it for you to make sure you'd like it!

The Best Of Everything The House has been decorated by Anne Rhu from 'It Can Be Arranged Decorating' design House here in Vegas. We shopped for days to get the best!! It comes complete with the finest kitchenware, including everything you will need to cook a feast (and for dessert a Chocolate Fondue Fountain!) Stocked with your favorite Breakfast Cereals, Oatmeal, Snacks, Popcorn, Coffee and Tea; just buy the Steaks, Corn and Baked Beans to Cook on the Huge Gas Grill in The Backyard. Brand new sheets, towels (including Beach Towels), All of your Toiletries (prepackaged) are included -- the only thing you'll need to bring is your - Laptop to use with the Wireless Internet Connection! (You thought I was going to say Toothbrush, didn’t you? Well it’s already waiting here for you).

Practice Before You Hit The Strip Right Before you Leave for the Strip you have to get in a couple of games on the Pool Table, or if you want to stay in and play games there are the hottest one’s on the shelf in the closet next to the front door (you will also find the Aero Bed inflatable Bed there). Perfect your blackjack or get everyone to hand over their chips to you in Texas Hold ‘Em. You'll Be So Tired When You leave ...You'll need another vacation (I have just the place) The Big Screen TV in the living room is top of the line, its right next to the Wood Burning Fireplace. You will love the surround sound speakers for watching the DVD Movie Collection I have there for you or for listening to the Stereo/CD Player. The prices of drinks in the clubs are a scandal so belly up to the truly Vegas built-in bar before you leave to get the 'ol pump primed (designate please!!!) I am listing the house as I am getting it ready for you- that being said please know that if something is not perfect before your stay comes along I will take care of you on the rate. I will always give you my best and never look to gouge you or pull the wool over- I'm proud to say- I'm one of the good ones. It's great to be us, isn't it.

Golf Information: This house can work for someone who wants to bring the family on a vacation without paying a small fortune to stay at a casino, the executive who doesn't want to stay on the noise and congestion of the Strip, the House hunters who want to get a feel for one of the nicer communities in Vegas or need to wait for their home to be completed, or the golf enthusiast who can take their pick from some unbelievable courses. Okay, I'll include you crazy people that want to show up here with a bunch of friends and not sleep for a week straight - you're invited too. You will have access to a folder at the house with all the tips, maps and restaurants you can handle. If I suggest a restaurant or a specific destination to check out- The Pepper mill on the strip late night- this place is the last bastion of old Vegas- so cool then you will find a MapQuest in there that will tell you exactly how to get there. Kidding Aside - This is my second Vacation rental- it took me a year to find the perfect one and I am in Love with This House as well and I think you will too - trust me with your precious vacation time or whatever other reason you need or want to rent a house in The World's playground- beautiful, exciting Las Vegas.
