| Notes: | Linens, towels, and beach towels are available for our guests along with soap and toilette paper. We provide some bottled water for our guests arrival. However, we do explain to them that we have our own water filtering system which renders the drinking water excellent. There is always coffee (Greek and other) and tea, sugar, spices and olive oil some of the basics for starting to cook without having to stock the kitchen. We will be happy to accommodate you if you would give us your shopping list. We know from experience that the last thing one may want to do is run to the grocery store after an 18 hour travel spree! Our bookcase is well stocked with travel books, maps and ideas on single day trips from the villa. Feel free to use them. We can also recommend our trusted taxi driver/tour guide, if you need a long day in Athens and do not want to drive or ride the bus, or a trip to Corinth, Delphi, or just a drop off to the Piraeus port. Further Details for the villa in Attica, Greece
Our villa style and size Stargazer villa is best known by the locals for its elegant and stunning architecture commanding the hilltop of the THEMIS gated community of Schinias; it is only surpassed by the incredible vistas surrounding it. The entire villa has over 6000 sq ft of living space and three floors, in addition to over 5000 sq ft of balconies and porticos. The Doric style columns that drape the balconies are a reminder of the history that the land and the plains of Marathon have to offer. At the back of the villa, the terrain is left natural with wild vegetation and marble rocks, the gas BBQ and of course the 4 person hot tub (May through September only)!
Villa accommodations description The villa has three floors of which the upper two form the Penthouse. It has 450 sq m of living space, with the upper floor having three bedrooms (one is the master suite), two baths and a large laundry room with washer and dryer and private balcony. The master suite is a private apartment with a large bedroom, king size bed and private sitting room. The main floor has one bedroom with en suite bathroom, private entry and a full size bed. The living room, dinning room, kitchen and dinette areas are large and flowing from space to space with the huge atrium overlooking the living space. The family room is on the side opening out to the rock garden, hot tub and BBQ area, separated by large insulated French doors. The family room can double as a fifth bedroom with its convertible couch to queen size bed. The atrium with the huge open spaces provides light and openness for the whole living room area. Our villa takes advantage of the view from anywhere you may choose to sit!
Penthouse All bedrooms have private balconies with great views! They are all furbished with top quality beds (pillow top, Sealy orthopedic). The master bedroom has a king size bed (pillow top) along with a leather day bed. A queen size pillow top bed is in the Persephone bedroom , two extra long single beds in Athena's bedroom (can easily turn into a king size bed) perfect for our tall guests and a full size bed in Danae's bedroom. The couch in the family room becomes a queen size bed. All bedding and pillows are hypoallergenic. Sheets are extra high thread quality, soft and comfortable just perfect for ensuring a good and restful night's sleep. There are plenty of towels including beach towels for everybody, hair dryers, toiletries! The family room is set up for entertainment, watching movies from our vast array of selection, playing video games on the PS2 or reading and being quiet, while enjoying the rock garden.
