Cleaning Fee: Included for weekly rentals, Not included for long term rentals. Done at your convenience. Maine Rental Tax: Included with prices Deposit: Security deposit, $500. This check will be cashed. The deposit will be once the property has been checked and the house keys have been returned, obviously pending abnormal wear and tear. 'Within a 30 day period for expiration of rental date.' Keys: Property Management personnel will have keys put in a lock box on site. The code will be given upon arrival. Check-in and Check-out: Check In is at 4:00 PM. Check Out is at 11:00 AM. Check Out time must be strictly adhered to, due to scheduling of cleaners. Renters may forfeit the security deposit if not checked out by 11:00 am on day of departure. Lease Agreement: All guests to the Property WILL sign a lease agreement to protect both parties from risk
