This apartment can be divided into 2 suites. A couple mey rent just one suite. Two couples will need both of the suites. Each suite has its own bath and bedroom. The kitchen may be shared by both suites.

Within walking distance You can walk to the Surf Ballroom, Band concerts, shopping, parks with playgrounds, antique stores, beach and fine dining most within 2 blocks of this home. There are festivals almost every weekend in City Park. Each level has its own heating and air conditioning.
