Living room has plenty of space, ocean view of beach and coastline. Dining table seats six-eight; kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, range, and appliances, with bar that seats 3. Enclosed lanai becomes great family room, with 65 inch HDTV, with DVD, lots of viewing room, and sofa sleeper. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Total square footage is 2450.
