New Carpet, Tile and Paint throughout. Kitchen has brand-new appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker). Kitchen also includes a complete set of cookware, a toaster, a waffle iron, a Kitchen-Aid mixer, a bar blender and dishes & silverware (both casual and formal) for 6-8 people. There's also a Weber Barbecue on the patio. Cable TV for all 3 TVs (in the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom), and there are 3 VCR's (one in each room). There's also a DVD Player and a stereo in the Living Room and an Alarm Clock in each bedroom. The condo comes furnished with a complete set of Linens & Towels and a number of beach towels. The condo is also furnished with it's own top-of-the-line Maytag 'Neptune' Washer & Dryer (as well as an ironing board & iron) so you can enjoy fresh linens as often as you wish and you won't have to worry about running out of clean clothes while on vacation. The condominium complex has a Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi (see photo)
