Bonnet Shores house Rental Property Information

This house has been recently renovated. Very clean inside, a great rental property in the area. The house is fully furnished, with new beds, refrigerator, washer, dryer, paint, windows, flooring, and more. Very spacious, and quiet inside. The house is air-conditioned. The Bonnet Shores area is a family neighborhood, and popular rental location during the school year to U.R.I. students The location is near two scenic beaches. The home is in walking distance of the main beach (Kelly Beach). From Memorial Day to Labor Day on the weekends, there is a school bus that travels the neighborhood between 10:30AM - 5PM, picking up beach goers and dropping them off at the beach, perfect for persons carrying beach chairs and a cooler filled with snacks. This bus travels right in front of this house. During the school year it is a great location for U.R.I. students, and is one of the nicest rentals available in the area.
