Spend the day relaxing on the beach, swimming at the Club or Cedar Reef Villas pool (seasonal), beach combing, or watching the dolphins playing offshore. Harbor Island is the perfect spot for an intimate get-away or fun filled vacation. Harbor Island is just 15 miles from historic Beaufort, with delightful shops, restaurants & galleries, and an easy day trip to Hilton Head outlet shopping or sightseeing in Savannah GA....but we're betting you never want to leave the island.

Location

Harbor Island is a private, gated sea island 15 miles south east of the charming town of Beaufort...nestled in the beautiful South Carolina low country. Beaufort is much like a small scale Charleston or Savannah, with lovely antebellum homes, gracious old live oaks dripping Spanish moss, and an historic downtown area boasting boutique shopping, restaurants, horse & buggy rides, and a fabulous waterfront park stretching along the Intracoastal Waterway. When you are on our island you will feel like you are a million miles away but we are an easy day trip to Charleston, Savannah or Hilton Head (great outlet shopping!) and only 20-30 minutes from all Beaufort has to offer.
