This is a two story pool home with a great view of a lake and Stoneybrook golf course. This is a former model home for U.S. homes, with full professional decorating and furnishings. Built in 2001, the home is only rented on a monthly basis, and is in beautiful condition. The Stoneybrook community is gated with wonderful amenities, including heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, lighted tennis and basketball courts, full fitness center, children's playground, volleyball, etc. The location of this home is perfect, within 100 yards of the community center and all amenities, yet on a quiet cul-de-sac street.
