Property is located two miles east of highway 101.This home is ideal for lodging and bringing families together for special events such as lodging for wedding participants, family reunions and other family events where hotel rooms may not meet your residential needs or for informal 'relaxing after the party'. Property is located two miles east of highway 101 at the top of the Fountain Grove Drive adjacent to the Fountain Grove Golf and Tennis Club overlooking the Rinken Valley, 15 minutes from Winsor, Healdsburg, Russian River Valley, Alexander Valley. The home has it's own vineyard of Zinfindel grapes. More than 200 wineries with Jazz Festivals , music tasting and entertainment on the local small village plazas. Also, Kayaking on the Russian river or a kayaking out to the Pacific Ocean a short drive away. Great for family gatherings, reunions, and get-aways. Great location for spending a long weekend for Holiday family dinners such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, the 4th of July, Labor Day, and special birthday celebrations. Excellent vacation property for a special birthday, anniversary celebration, corporate retreat or family gathering. Private catering can be available via many excellent services in the local area.
