Winter sports include skiing on Sugarloaf Mountain USA in Carrabasset Valley (only 12 minutes away), snowshoeing, and miles of skimobiling trails. Pets are welcome.

This beautiful home is less than 15 minutes from Sugarloaf Mountain and less than 30 minutes from Saddleback Mountain. The home is on Flagstaff Lake with 350 feet of water frontage and miles of mountain views. Kayaks are in the garage for use in the summer. We also have a large yard which connects to skimobiling trails or use the lake for snowshoeing in the winter.
