Cohasset house Rental Property Information

We've had an unavoidable cancellation by our summer tenant; please consult our updated calendar. Our newly renovated Victorian house is located on a pond in the beautiful coastal town of Cohasset MA. The house is spectacular with every possible amenity including state of the art kitchen with two large work islands and double appliances. The house boasts elegant charm with stained and leaded glass windows, antique furniture and large airy rooms. There's also a 50' curved veranda with lots of Victorian wicker seating to enjoy peaceful sunsets over the water. The house has a large media room with a 102' projection TV system; the media room has its own kitchen and large terrace overlooking the pond, making it perfect for entertaining. We are located in a private neighborhood, surrounded by trees and conservation land yet within walking distance of a major supermarket and shopping and a ten minute drive from spectacular beaches. Kayak or canoe on incredibly peaceful Lily Pond, enjoy a wonderful nature walk at World's End Reservation, walk on one of the best beaches on the east coast - Nantasket Beach and enjoy the quintessential New England flavor of Cohasset village. There are great restaurants, alfresco dining on the waterfront, an old time movie theatre (Loring Hall), a live outdoor Music Circus and wonderful golf courses - all within a 15 minute drive.

Explore the coast! Cohasset is a great central location for exploring the Massachusetts coast, from the seafaring towns of the North Shore like Gloucester and Marblehead, to Boston and Cambridge which are just 30 miles (or an enjoyable ferry ride) away, to the wonders of Cape Cod and the National Seashore. And there are lots of interesting points in between, including the beautiful coastal towns of Hull, Hingham, Scituate, Marshfield, Duxbusy and Plymouth.
