This beautiful one of a kind direct oceanfront home is located in Melbourne Beach on Florida's space coast. Enjoy swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, fishing, or just soaking up the sun in your own backyard. Drive 39 miles to Kennedy Space center. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are just 60 miles away. Sebastian inlet state park is 15 miles away. Enjoy restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
