Why New Buffalo? New buffalo is just one hour from Downtown Chicago. The area offers a little bit of everything from fun things to do with your children like miniature golf and go carts to a golf coarse and casino for the adults. If you are looking to relax the beach is never too crowded and the sunset in itself is worth the visit. The area offers a full day spa and a Golds Gym. Why drive for a full day to get away when you can drive to New Buffalo?
Why stay at Waya's Den? This log cabin sits on six wooded acres overlooking the Galien River. The house is just over a year old and is 2400 sq. ft. with three floors and central heating and air conditioning. The house will comfortably sleep ten, allowing for privacy when needed. The views from every window are beautiful and the closest neighbor is not within sight. The house also has a wood burning fireplace in the Great Room for those cold nights and a fire pit on the grounds for those sudden smore cravings. We have recently added an 800 sq. ft. deck and two beautiful screened in porches to allow you the opportunity to further enjoy the view of the Galien River. We now also have cable and wireless Internet.
Skiing Information: There are several places to ski and snowboard within one hour from the house
Golf Information: New Buffalo offers a professional golf coarse just minutes away.
Other Activities Pro golf facility near by. Go-carts and mini golf are ten minutes from the house.
