Perfect place to spend a few days or several weeks. You will enjoy this condo as you step back in time to the much sought after comfort of yesteryear. The latest incarnation of Fair Lawn on Jones can be tracked back to its origins in 1761 as the Fair Lawn Plantation, on what is now East Broad St. In the 1830's Major William Bowen built an estate, also known as Fair Lawn, which was noted for its 'luxuriant garden.' This spacious condo was recently redecorated as of July 2005. Amenities include a very nice-sized living area dining area, full kitchen, bedroom and bath.
